Each individual on heibij is allowed only One Account can be opened. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

All details provided at registration — including your name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and genuine. Registering with incorrect information may cause issues during verification and could result in your account being suspended.

• Never share your account password with anyone.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your registered mobile number and email address active at all times.
• If your contact details change, please notify support.

Heibij may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals will be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.

Heibij uses Bangladeshi mobile banking services for all deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from someone else's number may be rejected.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts.
• Daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000.

All bonus offers on heibij have their own terms and conditions, listed separately on each offer's page. However, certain general rules apply to all bonuses.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawals are only available after the required wagering amount has been met. Each bonus has its own WR clearly stated.
• Validity: Bonuses that are not used within the specified time after being credited will expire.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: If abuse of the bonus system is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

All games on heibij use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Every outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, heibij will settle all bets in accordance with its standard rules.
• Bets placed at the moment odds change during live betting may be voided.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, heibij may investigate and take appropriate action.
• Betting limits apply individually to each game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on heibij. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure.

Heibij may close or suspend an account for two reasons: at the user's own request, or due to a violation of our rules.

• Self-Exclusion: You can close your account at any time by contacting Support. Please withdraw your balance before closing.
• Temporary Break: As part of responsible gaming, you can take a voluntary break for 7 days, 1 month, or 6 months.
• Rule Violations: If a rule is violated, the account will be suspended pending investigation. Withdrawals may not be available while the investigation is ongoing.
